How It Works
Kam Yuen Gold buys gold jewellery, bars, coins, karat gold, scrap and old gold, and leftover gold from processing. Testing and weighing are done in front of you, non-gold parts are excluded from the weight, and the deal is only completed once each line of the quote is confirmed.

Contact us with photos, weight and hallmark details for a preliminary estimate. Estimates are for reference only; the final price is based on in-store testing.

In-store Testing
Bring valid proof of identity. Purity is tested and the item weighed in front of you, excluding any non-gold parts.

Confirm the Quote
Calculated as today's gold price × purity × weight, with each line of the breakdown confirmed in person.

Sign & Get Paid
Once the quote is accepted, sign the buy-back form and receive payment immediately, together with a transaction receipt.

If you have purchase receipts or certificates, bring them along for reference.

Pieces set with gemstones or other materials can only be accepted if the settings can be removed.

Preliminary estimates are for reference only; the final price is based on in-store testing and the quote of the day.

Once the quote is accepted, sign the buy-back form and get paid immediately. Please keep your transaction receipt.
