What we collect
When you browse the site we may process your language choice, browser type, approximate region, pages viewed and referring URL. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics assigns an identifier so that visits can be distinguished.
If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, Meta, your telecoms provider or email provider process that communication under their own terms. We keep only what we need to handle the enquiry.
When you visit our shop for recycling or a sale, we must check valid identification (Hong Kong Identity Card or passport) and keep transaction records under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance. That is not collected automatically by the website, but it is still our processing of your personal data.
Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary cookies: NEXT_LOCALE remembers your language; ky_consent remembers your analytics choice. Both are needed for the site to work and are kept for up to one year.
Analytics and advertising cookies are used only after you tap Accept. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-BQNDM0HLW8) to understand how the site is used. If we run Google Ads, the same consent may be used to measure campaign results.
